Taking bets on creative re-interpretations of NSA legality. My money is on “it’s legal if it’s not a human doing it”.

- Transcribing every unencrypted call “it’s not a recording”
- AI analyzing all the conversations “AI has no biases, neutral summary of suspects”
- An AI gives everybody a patriot score with a summary available if an NSA agent clicks the button
- All the browsing history is being summarized for real time tracking of everything unencrypted
