I think they could also just accept Bitcoin/Monero for usage fees, then its not another crypto currency --- ## Post 11 by @notwithstanding — 2026-07-16T19:24:20Z I guess anything is better than nothing, but I struggle to see why they wouldn’t just incorporate Monero, rather than a new coin. Not having smart contracts seems almost irrelevant. Each provider could just have a wallet address. I also do not foresee this providing a meaningful amount of funding. There has to be something of value gained, like cosmetics or something. Maybe I’m wrong, I hope it works out. For such microtransactions it would be better to use Lightning/Cashu
