Security for YouTuber

Windows is secure, and can be made to be pretty fucking good, it’s just not private from MS. That is the issue

This does not make any sense something which is not private how that can be secure?
This statement looks like Russian democracy.
If your os have inbuilt keylogger how that can be secure strange.

Taking poison slowly cautiously does not make it better.

“tell us you don’t know about cybersecurity without telling us you don’t know about cybersecurity”

Google isn’t really known to be a private company, but they sure as hell known for their impressive security.

  1. You can uninstall Microsoft Edge if you’re from Europe

  2. You don’t need a Microsoft account to use Windows. Some Windows editions don’t even require it, and for those that do, it’s very easy to bypass that requirement.

This is something that is not for avg basic user.
And what about for those are from America or asia are they 2nd class citizen.

This is like you can get 100% privacy and security if you are from antartica.

Thanks! I understand that having a yubikey would have the added security of having a physical key that only I have. Would that be more secure than requiring a passkey of TouchID and/or FaceID?

It is technically more secure than TouchID/FaceID because it’s in hardware separate from your computer. Practically the security it the same since for TouchID/FaceID a hacker would have to break into your house and steal your hardware. TouchID/FaceID are basically yubikey chips built into your device.

Turning on Google Advanced Protection should be all you should really need. The rest is just not getting hacked, don’t download/install anything not official, copy e-mail links to your browser etc etc.
