No need to rush it, I’d rather have something polished and well made + tested.
Pixels will do in the meantime. 
2 years is not rushing it, especially when the tech exists. They just need a deal with an OEM with specs and pricing. Once done, production can begin for Graphene specifically. I think more people will be desperate in 12-18 months seeing the state of affairs.
India is proving itself to be an eastern tyranny when it comes to privacy. But at least it’s home to the privacy service Ente. If you look at more privacy-neutral Japan, you won’t see a single achievement made for privacy or free software.
