Currently we only recommend RethinkDNS as an app to connect to _other_ DNS providers. All of the operations such as the logs and on-device blocklists, are that, on-device I think what Rethink does is just routes DNS and Proxies through a VPN Tunnel in an app. While it is true that they have their own Cloud Based DNS, it’s not really something like NextDNS and Control D.
