### Why should this tool be removed?

As discussed [here](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/shutting-down-our-public-encrypted-dns-servers-and-sponsoring-quad9-instead), Mulvad is shutting down their public DNS servers & encouraging their users to transition to Quad9

While the EOL is listed as this November, I feel it should be promptly removed from [PG’s list of recommended encrypted DNS resolvers](https://www.privacyguides.org/en/dns/#recommended-providers), such as to avoid encouraging users to build a network stack around a DNS tool that will cease to exist by year’s end

We work with releases. So it will be in the next release.

It shuts down in 2 months, so it isn’t anything that needs to be pushed immediately.
