Hi geniuses!:waving_hand: I found these details of some recommend services, can you guys explain it for me?

According to the analysis, do I need to worry about the details? For instance, Ente uses two trackers, which I thought was no tracker before. As a cloud backup service, why they need localnetwork permission? And I want to make sure whether the ‘Data Sovereignty Note’ is right or wrong.
