Prioritizing compactness on a Phone while maintaining privacy (& security) within the constraints

Update:
2 phones have been eliminated

Pixel Fold, mostly due to the fact that it is wider than even the iPhone Pro Maxes from Apple, making it concerning to me for one handed use. Mentioning the important cons as well.

Samsung S25 Mostly due to cons and privacy concerns with their default OS.

That leaves with

iPhone 17(e when it comes out) or Pixel 8 or Last Option

Graphene OS is going to release their own phone, or partner with an OEM for a phone that meets their requirements. Seems worth it to wait ~1 year for that.

I wouldn’t expect this to be a small phone. In fact I would expect it to be a large phone.

The only companies still making normal-sized* (not small, not big) phones are Apple, Samsung and Sharp.

*my personal definition for this is a height under 150 mm and weight under 200 g; I wouldn’t call this “small”, the iPhone Mini 13 for comparison was 131.5 mm high and 141 g heavy.
