Port into MySudo with an alias name

I recently purchased a cheap non‑VOIP phone number so I could port it to MySudo and avoid VOIP detection. During the sign‑up process I wasn’t required to provide my real name and I paid via Privacy.com, so I used an alias. Everything has gone smoothly so far.

However, the porting form asks for a “Customer Name” and an “Authorized Signature.” While I understand that these details are likely used only to process the port request, I’m a bit uneasy about the implications:

1. Potential fraud concerns

2. Risk of having my MySudo account banned

I’ve used aliases before, but the “Authorized Signature” field feels more formal than a simple name entry and has me worried. I could explain the situation to MySudo, but I’m also concerned that doing so might trigger a ban.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
