The way I use email I belive it doesn’t matter if it’s encrypted or not. My way of thinking in regards to email is if I use my own domain which I do, I would be still trackable no matter if the emails are encrypted or not. Also even if someone goes into my email they will just see a bunch of unimportant emails (like login codes and spam) EDIT: What I mean to be more exact is that I belive that if I get atacked by a 3 letter agency the metadata (that can’t be avoided) is already enough to the point that having acess to emails wouldn’t change meanigfully the ammount of information. I don’t use emails as a communication platform where the security matters. It is cheap, reliable, and I highly doubt they scan emails for ad targeting or ai training. You can always change the address manually, meaning you can keep your inbox address after closing the browser. Temporary Gmail addresses can only be used for receiving mails, rather than sending. Also, do you use Disroot to receive email from services (bank, etc)? are you not concerned that these e-mails are stored unencrypted on their servers?
