Sharing here in case anyone is from Florida and should take action, as well as for those in the rest of the US to keep an eye out for similar bills in your state.

These bills are part of our governor’s [AI Bill of Rights](https://www.flgov.com/eog/news/press/2025/governor-ron-desantis-announces-proposal-citizen-bill-rights-artificial) and I think it’s the among the first serious attempts at AI regulation at the state level. Honestly, the rest of the ideas are alright, but the age verification requirement has to go.
