Now that many of us have moved off social media, a lot of us are using RSS feeds. I think an OPML file editor is going to be crucial in the long term.

Functionalities I’m looking for:

- constraining edits to only within certain folders/tags
- batch-deleting feeds based on domain name.
- a good GUI, hopefully
- And more!

Can anyone recommend a private OPML editor? Ideally, offline and open-source. Downloadable offline websites work too.
