If ones uses obscura to connect to lets say their bank using this 2-Party system would the second node have to be in the same country? Because I would assume if the second node was in a seperate country it may cause concerns?

From the bank’s perspective, they simply see that traffic is coming from the exit hop (in other words, the “second hop” or “second party”).

So if your bank in country A requires that you visit them from country A, just choose “A” as the exit hop location!
