I love how this is basically Microsoft just promising to bring back basic features which were present in Windows 10 but absent from Windows 11, and pinky promising to not shove _quite as much_ breaking changes and AI into core programs like snipping tool and notepad.  
By all means this sounds like good news and I do think it is important to give credit where it is due, but:

> If you have to trick customers into using your product, that product probably isn’t worth using.

Let’s just say I’ll believe it when I see it. Admittedly, I would probably be more excited by this if I was still on windows. It would be nice to not have to deal with quite so much AI bloat when providing tech support for family though. :sweat_smile:

It’s absolutely humiliating that Microsoft is forced to go back and fix this mess after they managed to cede both its reputation for PC gaming to Linux/SteamOS and its status as a reliable provider of cheap laptops to Apple. A true master class in shitting the bed.
