I remember when the EU had hearing with zuckerberg over the gdpr, and when the meeting ended they all lined up for selfies with the guy.

there were many hearings at that time also in US. They were all quite embarrassing.

Im very much interested in making a Facebook account that I can control and pay for with my money rather than my personal data. But I can only do that _ **if** _ they get a clear audit with no malicious compliance or any other kinds of shenanigans.

And then there is this my issue of being a non-EU/non-UK actual location. I have a feeling that will require a UK/EU phone, IP _and_ credit card.
