I’m interested in the LowKey Adversarial image tool ( Link to the paper here: https://jpdickerson.com/pubs/cherepanova21lowkey.pdf) - Unfortunately the original tool hosted at https://lowkey.umiacs.umd.edu/) seems to be defunct. Does anyone have a link to a github repo or copy of the tool?

It looks like the “The University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS)” is not a thing anymore (they probably just moved things a little and it might still be hosted somewhere internally).
You can see that the tool was there at some point but not anymore. And since you’re looking for a hosted service, the archive link will not be very helpful. I also unfortunately did not found any kind of public repo for the source code so I guess that your ways to move forward from now one are:
