Gibraltar has often ratified laws the UK passes, [including the IPA](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/proton-is-moving-most-of-its-physical-infrastructure-out-of-switzerland/29398/91) (?).

But also: [iVPN dual jurisdiction?](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/ivpn-dual-jurisdiction/36230)

Curiously, the EU e-Evidence directive and the [Budapest Convention](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/budapest-convention-on-cybercrime/28023) are missing? You should write to them if you’re a paying customer.

But also: Mullvad’s post needs update as the Swedish laws in question have been amended to add more powers since (from what I can tell).

And: [Clarification on the Swedish Covert Surveillance Act](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/clarification-on-the-swedish-covert-surveillance-act/23499)
