I’m convinced that it’s time to re-add KeePassium to our recommendations now that Strongbox will be removed [[1]](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/remove-strongbox/19613/38). Unlike Strongbox KeePassium remains fully open source [[2]](https://github.com/keepassium/KeePassium) and has even passed an independent audit by Cure53 [[3]](https://keepassium.com/audit/2024-10-Cure53.pdf). KeePassium is the only open source KeePass compatible password manager for macOS & iOS.
