There a popular app I use that has had their domain blacklisted on a url phishing block list. As a result, they made a certain feature that was previously free, to be premium only. I could probably say what the app is and what feature it was at no risk of compromising my own privacy but maybe it doesn’t matter.

Side note, why do all these blocklists have such generic names? There’s probably a million if you search “phishing url blocklist”. I feel like they should distinguish them more by giving them a unique name. I could only find the relevant list by attempting to go to the site and seeing the Ublock Origin block page. Anyway.
What’s the proper process with getting in touch with the people behind these block lists? Do I contact the user who authored the page? There is no “contact us” link anywhere. Also it looks like the page linked is an aggregate of multiple block lists, and maybe the site in question is listed on one of those smaller block lists. I’m not sure where to start.
