I see Orgmode is there. Why is Neovim not mentioned?
Probably for similar reasons as to why the orgmode recommendation doesn’t actually mention Emacs, which is where orgmode actually makes sense.
These kinds of “advanced note taking” recommendations (from my perspective) fall into a “if you know you know, and if you don’t we shouldn’t recommend it to you” category.
Also neovim is much more than a note taking app so i could see an argument of wanting to exclude apps like neovim or emacs from that category simply because of the complexity/scope differences. Though i don’t know if there is currently another appropriate category where “advanced text editors”/IDEs could live.

Edit: reread the local notebook recommendation section, and the orgmode recommendation does mention that it is for Emacs. Though i do suppose my original point still stands that a standalone recommendation of Emacs would make little sense in this section, for similar reasons a standalone reccomendation for neovim would.
