Not all carriers forbid and disable OEM unlocking. Especially outside US it’s not common.
The phone has a fingerprint such as IMEI, but if the scope here is to de-google your device, so it’s about the software side of it, in which GrapheneOS definitely does a great job.

That’s why an RSS reader like Feeder is the best. It’s reliable and you don’t have to worry about clicking on the wrong source. Plus it doubles as a news feed for articles.
How to de-google a pixel? Can authorities go to google and force them to unlock or disclose my phone contents?
it doesnt get any easier than the Web installer. See their requirements.
Also a simple due diligence search should be done as a courtesy to others. Coming back here complaining that you could not move forward due to _____ reasons would be a better post, in retrospect.

I believe there is also a way to degoogle a pixel (or any phone) without having to use graphene… Degoogling is not only at a OS level but foremost at apps level.
