# How to be as anonymous as possible without Pixel + GrapheneOS?

Government level threats are a whole other ballgame, so I’d like to ask if you are thinking of targeted government activity, or more-so general [mass surveillance](https://www.privacyguides.org/en/basics/common-threats/). I’d recommend reading some of the PG threat modelling and common threats. I also made an example [threat modelling process](https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/threat-model-examples/35126/16) which you could follow to see if your current actions meet your goals, and you could post areas you are uncertain of.
