The previous claim ITT was “FUD”. Stating factual information of events that actually occurred is not usually considered “FUD”. Given your screenshot, for example:
It is not FUD to state that if you need anonymity with Proton mail you should not provide a recovery email address tied to your identity.
Similarly, I recall in an interview Andy Yen stated that had user connected to Proton Mail via Proton VPN, their IP addr would not have been able to be provided to authorities.
In those instances of your screenshot, many are Proton complying with local Swiss laws. Proton complying with local laws in their jurisdiction does not make them a “honeypot” and I don’t recall the author of your screenshot claiming they are.
