How do i buy low amounts of crypto with no kyc?

I checked on KYCNOTME but that only offers p2p stuff and no one sells less than 40 pln (roughly $10) I tried trocador.app and monero.com but none of them support pln does anyone know what i can do?

Why do you want to avoid KYC? If you’re using Monero then all someone would know about you is that you had bought Monero, not what you did with it. Wouldn’t the online method you’d be using be a KYCed method like credit cards or banks? Then what are you really achieving?

This seems to be an option but people have had a lot bad experiences: https://search.brave.com/search?q=is+changelly+a+scam

Probably not too much risk for that little money.

I guess that’s fair but I just feel really unconfutable giving my information to a corporation that doesn’t have a reputation to uphold thank you for the response and if there is no easier option I will probably buy it with kyc

Honestly for $10, you’re probably not going to find anything. You’d be better off buying a larger amount (probably min $100), and then if you have no use for the rest, spend it on gift cards through Cakepay or something. The rest of this comment covers different non-KYC platforms, as well as the question I’ve quoted above.

It’s true generally, that all a KYC exchange knows is that you bought some Monero and it’s a black hole after that. There is more nuance though regarding the metadata of the Tx. They still know, how much you bought, when you bought it, when you withdrew it and to which wallet address. They collect a lot of information about your device too such as IP address, operating system, MAC address timezone and more..

They also know the output of the Tx (as they are the ones who sent it), so that invites the heuristic of that showing up later in your ring signature. This is called a poisoned output. The surveillance of a poisoned output in particular though only applies to quite high threat models and requires a dedicated adversary. A collection of poisoned outputs accumulated over time without churning can appear in a single ring signature. This can absolutely deanonymise a Tx.

There are many reasons to want to avoid this. One of the big ones is creating a centralised database of how much crypto you have tied to your identity. If the CEX ever experiences a data breach, all that information could be up for grabs. You don’t have to Google too much to find some gnarly stories of people getting a visit from bad actors who know you have that crypto and want to take it from you.

Secondly, if you are actually spending that Monero and not just accumulating it, over the course of many years you may acquire a reasonable amount through the exchange, that you no longer have. Your government may want to know where that went. Say you have 30k in crypto that you bought and used to transact with. Your government will know you have it and may want to know where it’s gone. They may even think you still have it, or sold it for a profit and want their cut.

@croncon I recommend using xmrbazaar, there are listings there with many different methods of acquiring Monero. The most anonymous of which undoubtedly is cash by mail. There are indeed reputable vendors and the website offers a 2 of 3 escrow for protection.

Localcoinwap is another website that offers a similar service . They can do cash by mail, local meet ups etc just like xmrbazaar. They don’t sell Monero directly, but you can without KYC on-ramp to a cryptocurrency and then swap it.

There is also Haveno and Bisq, though they can be complicated to set up and use. I hope you find what you need! Avoiding exchanges is certainly ideal where possible, if not for all that, even to just support the circular economy and cut out the centralised corporate middle-man.

I doubt that you find none KYC sellers that sell under 10$.
The cost of the performing the trade will probably exceed the fees then can earn.

they require u to put ur document on the scanner and have 24/7 cameras it is less safe than just buying it with kyc
