That’s huge.
If I understood correctly they would be allowed on the Play Store. Which is also huge. But Google can still appeal the decision up to the Supreme Court. But I think that a final decision will be releaed relatively soon.
If I understood correctly, this changes nothing. APM blocks downloads outside of the Play Store so they would need to change APM to make it allow downloading apps on third party app stores.
