KeePasXC and KeePassium support passkeys. KeePassDX is also [working](https://github.com/Kunzisoft/KeePassDX/issues/1421) on it. They don’t need the cloud or internet to work.
It will also be possible to export them between different providers soon.

Chrome is adding support for import and export of passkeys and passwords, [based on FIDO standards](https://fidoalliance.org/fido-alliance-publishes-new-specifications-to-promote-user-choice-and-enhanced-ux-for-passkeys/). No file handling is required by the user.
