I wanted to provide an update on a project I’ve been working on over the past several weeks.
I’ve implemented experimental multiprocess support for Basilisk.
Before anyone asks:
This is NOT Firefox Electrolysis (e10s).
This is NOT Firefox Fission.This is my own multiprocess implementation written specifically for Basilisk. It does not use Mozilla’s historical e10s or Fission implementations, and it should not be compared to either of them simply because the end result is “more than one process.”
