I’ve been looking into opting-out/deleting data/finding out the information certain services have on me. Many of them prompt me to enter my email for identification. I have two emails, one that I currently use, and an old google one that I keep around in case I need google’s services. Does it matter what email I put into the opt-out form, or does other identifiers like phone-number or address cover that for me?

This is a good question. I think an alias email provider would be the best? No reason to tell Google where the rest of your identities and accounts are.

As the user before has already said, you can use an email alias for that. Or maybe a service like [TempMail](https://temp-mail.org/en/), if it’s just to receive a confirmation link?
