My setup use Aegis - Encrypted locally and backup too.
Sync the backup file via Syncthing to PC.
Use GitHub - paolostivanin/OTPClient: Highly secure and easy to use OTP client written in C/GTK3 that supports both TOTP and HOTP to import Aegis Backup file. Done. No headaches.
Note only for Android + Linux.
