Vanadium blocks some trackers, but you will generally be much better off with Brave.
Use a filtering DNS.
From an anti-tracking/privacy perspective yes Brave is better,however from a strictly security point of view I would still recommend using Vanadium on GrapheneOS. This might also be a question better fit for the GrapheneOS forum: https://discuss.grapheneos.org/
That will work for what you are looking for here, just be aware that websites can see the DNS provider that you are using (which can make you more fingerprintable).
id only use vanadium if you need maximum security rather than privacy. i think brave is the only good chromium browser on android as of now, but i could be wrong.
