DMA complaint against Apple for failure to enable the Tuta email app as default mail app on iOS

How exactly does Tuta withdrawing their DMA complaint make the situation any better? Sure the issue is solved for them but next time it’ll be a smaller company with less resources than Tuta and the cycle will continue.

They are not withdrawing anything as they have just submitted a complaint to the European Commission under the DMA regime.
