Is there privacy benefit of deleting occasionally cache memory from mobile phone apps?
If I go to my friend house an connect my phone to his Wi-Fi I will find my self in bad privacy environment. More than 7 people are connected to friend Wi-Fi and everybody are on social apps, PC and laptop doesn’t have ad blockers. Maybe it will sound stupid but will deleting app cache on used app in friend Wi-Fi network on my phone before coming to my home Wi-Fi have any privacy benefits?
Privacy oriented app Stealth for Reddit from F-droid is not working for more than two months. Is there any simillar app so that I can read Reddit and without account subscribe to subreddit groups?
Does uBlock anoyances filter that hides cookies messages just hides them without activating reject or allow cookies options or it enables randomly some of that option just to hides it faster? Do you have it activated?

On your friend’s wifi - depends on your friend and their network. Someone on his network might be able to do all sorts of things. It’s not impossible that someone else’s machine is infected with something that would scan devices on the network, but a smart TV does the same thing. But it wouldn’t depend on a lack of ad blockers, it would depend on a machine with malware. Ad blockers aren’t magic armor against malware.
Deleting phone cache doesn’t really seem like it would help much. If you are actually concerned, don’t connect to their wifi.
If anything a cache should probably help your privacy as then it won’t have to re-fetch resources through their WiFi. It’s all under SSL though unless they’re doing some kind of downgrade attack which modern apps and browsers should pick up on I think
If law enforcement grabbing your phone and scanning it is credible threat even if you have nothing illegal on there (one would hope), then cache hygiene is probably wise so you don’t end up going through the trauma of any false accusations and trying to prove your innocence to someone who’d quite like you silenced. But that’s probably one for high risk individuals like activists.
A mate’s WiFi isn’t that kind of threat and it can’t extract caches from your phone unless you have your phone file system shared via passwordless FTP or something. What is far more likely is Meta and co correlating the shared wifi and nearby WiFi signals to serve ads about shared interests which is why people always think they’re listening to the mic.
