Link below is an article on how Consetella Intelligence found someone by password leaks.

Tldr they used their known password to see if any other places used the same one. Their Gmail account with their real name did.

This is another reason to always change passwords and I feel it should be mentioned in reasons to do so far more often on sites. At this time I have never seen it mentioned elsewhere.
