# Can AdGuard VPN be trusted?

Hello!

Does this mean that the minimum amount of information gathered on an AdGuard VPN user is the same as VPNs like Proton VPN for example ? How would you compare to this other VPN ?

PS : Can you also answer to this if you have time ?
