While blocking connections to VPN is difficult, it is relatively easy to block VPN exit IP addresses, as [Reddit](https://adguard-vpn.com/en/blog/reddit-vpn-block-adguard.html) and others have already done. I think that services that require age verification will likely be pressured to effectively ban accessing from VPN in the future.
