You can’t really call Revolut as far as I know. Anyway, any kind of communication with them felt completely useless. They are good in summarising what has been discussed until now and tell that they understand your problem, for then simply putting you in a loophole, in which the same informations are asked over and over again from different persons and as you apparently proceed forward everything practically restarts. Since this kind of mentality and customer approach plagued them, I think even having the possibility to call them wouldn’t change much. I stopped using them, but I had to do everything on my own through their app and borrowing a phone with stock Android.. their support is just a bait to get gaslighted.
It might be useful to go in person in one of their legal offices though and rise a little mess… I would have probably done it, if I was living in any of the countries they have their legal offices in.
