Brave with a blocklist under 200k rules at easy mode might suit your needs. Just dont use it like uBo as the performance drop becomes significant if the blocklist gets long.
Just leave it alone (Vanadium), this is why there are not many toggles in Vanadium (intended by Devs).
People like to play around with stuff (Settings in Browsers) thinking they are making it better, but actually hurting themselves or privacy.
Many people will not understand this, because of the urge to DO something.
